For once, I didn't curse a team by rooting for them to win the Series. All else being equal--that is, if the Rays or Red Sox (spousal loyalty) aren't involved--I'll back the NL, or, as I like to call it, the "Real Baseball League," team over the AL, or "Phony Baseball League," entry. My distaste for the DH rule is well documented.
